Hello Dr, For past 7-8 days i glfeel my stomach very bloated and also I can feel stomach worms. I had taken zental tablet once a day for 1 day but after 3-4 days again I started feeling the same. Pls advise what is the dosage of zental tablet I can take Or any other medication. Due to this after eating anything I feel going to washroom. Thank you

Facing issue with certain type of food. Dahi, Sesame seeds, food which is hot in nature. Due to this I am not able to digest anything and losing weight. Even my uric acid levels are always high due to which I cannot consume proteins. I am doing exercise regularly but instead of gaining muscles I am loosing more weight.

Hellow doctor, since 6days i am suffering from 4-5 times motions in a day normal in state not solid not watery, ultrasound is normal, lympocytes 19% (20-40% normal) all test are normal, i am tired since 2 days, fully dehydration, lips drying, sleep right side getting pain in left side of stomach (not heavy) heart beats fast while motion and standing for long time.
