Hi I am having loose motion for 3 days. For first two days i had loose motion for couple of times however yesterday it was very frequent. Also i started having stomach ache(upper abdomen).

I used to face shortness of breath when I was lying down earlier .. I was feeling something is stuck at back of my throat or air is trapped. When I burped or yawn i used to feel better .. I have consulted lung specialist for shortness of breath they says it's not related to Lung. Family physician consulted and said it's gastritis. I am worried now because I am not getting proper answer and still feel these symptoms. I am worried am I suffering from stomach cancer ?
