I'm having trouble with haemorrhoids for over 3 months now. And somehow I'm continuing to be constipated even after eating light food. I took Duphalac for 3 days and ended up with slight diarrhoea so today I took a tablespoon of Psyllium husk, can I still take a lower dosage of Duphalac now? There's a pain whenever I poop and it's like skin is rugged or some burning sensation a bit. The poop is coming with some blood since 2-3 days. I'm having constipation too. Diet routine is not proper some days. Also there some swelling in the anus, it's like very small ball kind of swelling which protrudes out and then in itself. Yesterday the stool was dark. Today again it was fine, there was very little darkness in it.

Doctor advised me norflox tZ but i am allergic to ciprofloxacin, is there any alternate to this or it's safe to take norflox?
