I  recently did my lft blood test, I observed my bilrubin direct is  0.40 looks more than reference parameters ... Attaching the report. The reason for taking the test is I had uti and took zifi cv 200 for 5 days... I had a bike accident and for healing wounds I took an augmentin 625 duo for 7 days twice a day and muscle relaxants and pain killers... Please check the attachment and say if it's normal or not and reason for high bilrubin direct, I'm a very occasional drinker

I am suffering from frequent gasteric and digestive related problem since 2-3 months very frequently. I measure the TDS of my house drinking water and it is 340 ppm. Will it be reason for the same as when I moved to home time I did not face this to much severe extent. I feel moderate abdominal pain and acidity and gasteric issue quite frequently now. What is correct tds limit of water we should consume ?

I was having IBS from last 2 years and doctor prescribed me rifaximin for 5 days course. In three days itself I am feeling great .. I will finish the course and also taking probiotics everyday which i will continue for another 20 days. My question is I have read a lot that even after taking ritaximin and feeling good IBS symptoms still return after few months . Is it true for everyone .. What can i do stop it's recurrence .. it's a very bad condition to go through again
