From 2018 I am having internal Hemrroid problems in 2019 internal banding was done to stop blessing in present time the internal hemorrhoids comes out while passing stool I have to push it back recently I noticed the hard mass like thing on anus picture is attached kindly tell what it is is it thrombosed internal hemorrpids
