Sir I ma taking clonafit plus in night whenever I take this I fell so gasious and constipated my stomach is not clear since 1 year . I dont know why happened this to mee. Is due to medicine or due to.. Anxiety or depression

Three years ago i drank unpasteurized milk for about 20 days continuously then i suffered from stomach issues for nearly 1 year. I visited gastroenterology and had done upper endoscopy and dr found that i am suffering from ulcer and stomach acidity and dr prescribed medication for 2 months after that i recovered and enjoyed eating everything normally. Now after February 2023 i am suffering from passing gas sometimes wrong smell in stool and sometimes acidity. Though for a month every is fine for now but i don't know What should i do ? please provide me some suggestions

Hi Doctor I am having this weird head heavyness/dizziness for a seconds just before this loud Burping comes the moment I pass the Burping which comes loudly the moment eases in head and it keeps happening thought.. it makes me anxious..I do have acid reflux problem..is it progressing more?? Sometimes I feel breathless when this acid attack occurs with Burping.. all gets eases after passing the burp.

I am feeling always constipated  for past 20 days and my stomach always burns especially in the left side of stomach.
