There has been indigestion, acidity and loss of appetite from a long time and I have pain in upper abdominal with sometimes chest or stomach pain. Also yesterday I was not able to eat anything at all. What is the issue. Kindly provide me with the solution.

I have chronic fissure and piles. Went to colorectal surgeon to get diagnosed. Upon visual examination, he gave medicines first and then suggested laser surgery if meds dont work. He gave medicine for irritable bowel in afternoon and laxative at night. I felt absolutely fine for a month till the time I was taking these meds. The issue started coming back once I stopped these meds. Ass pain after pooping which lasts for 4-5 hours, stomach not get clear, hard poops. I have improved my diet so much, eating fibres, healthy fats, only home cooked meals, no fried food and still face the issue. What to do?

I went in hospital for gall bladder removal surgery and fix laproscopic cholecystectomy surgery but in the middle of operation they switched to open surgery which was very traumatic ... they said there were some complication.. moreover they attached my bile ducts with jejunum instead of duodenom... is it good?? As i hv heard that it should b attached with duodenom

I have a healing fissure. It's been a month and a half, and now, i do not have any paid or irritation. I use Ruticool ointment 3 times a day. Now that my fissure is healing, should i reduce the usage of the cream? What should be the dosage for the next month?

Can I take gasssanol syrup which contains bismuth citrate and brlladona dry extract in a regular basis for bloating problem.

From 2 3 months I've lost my appetite I feel full and bloated and have lost my gains . I'm not feeling hungry as I used to feel earlier. Also don't feel completely fresh after coming from toilet. I had high triglycerides and had high  uric acid when I did my tests on 20 Feb 2023 . I have never smoke and drink in my entire life

I was having diarrhea from the past week, the condition has been improving and i dont have cramps anymore. But i still have watery stool. Do i need to take antibiotics for the condition?

I've recently started taking Whey Protein after workouts (MuscleBlaze). Got an annual health checkup done and the following things were out of range: : Serum Globulin - 2.04 : Alb/Globulin ratio - 2.09 What does this mean? Also, I've noticed bloating after taking Whey or any high protein rich diet like Paneer/eggs. I take 200g of paneer almost everyday.
