Stomach Problems & Remedies

My father is vomiting and feeling dizzy. His vomit colour is sometimes white and sometimes yellow in colour. Sometimes it is watery and sometimes foamy. He is not able to sit for more time because he is feeling dizzy. He says when he close his eyes he feels better but when he open his eyes he feels dizzy. It is happening since morning. Doctor gave him medicines but he felt little improvement , not much. He does not have any health issue. What could be the reason of vomit and dizziness?

Severe bloating, burps and occassional frothy stools with mild pain in right side of abdomen and occasional giddiness. I mostly need to pass the stools just 15-20 min after eating.
