Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi doctor I was diagnosed with intestine tb 2 years back and completed medicine 1 year course. My query is i will sometime have gas issue but it will pass. Sometimes I feel Little discomfort but no stomach ache. I wil take burp more like 8-9 times. Is it concerning or its due to previous treatment. I don't have any weight loss or weakness also.

From 10-12days I have been experiencing stomach problem. When I go to the toilet in the morning, after that I feel like I have to empty my stomach again and again. Stool colour is also unusual sometimes yellow and today it was bright orange mix type sometimes mucus also comes with the stool and Feeling of frequent urge to pass stool mostly all the time. Feeling nausea all day can't able to eat and feeling  extreme fatigue. As I googled my symptoms i feel very depressed kindly guide thanku

I am getting stomach pain and urge to go to the toilet repeatedly and get thick mucus in my stool and blood at last..

My son age 4 years 4 month , from last 3days is not doing potty , today after giving dulcoflex he tried hard but not happen , he is crying for stomach pain , what to do now ??

From last two days, I have been to experiencing bit of abdominal pain. It was not even a pain but I felt my stomach bit heavy. Then from today onwards, It's like loose motion in the morning and cramps. Well it's not frequent though, but i also feel bit weak. I don't know what to do.

I have chronic constipation since years. But now I want to get rid of it and improve my gut health. I have reduced by junk intake, starting going out on walks, I have buttermilk in the morning rather than milk now, looking after hydration as well.
