Are Vizylac HP and Vizylac rich same tablets as pharmacy is suggesting rich instead of HP. Please suggest if it is ok take Vizylac rich tablets

The last few days had consumed food which was spicy and greasy. Yday onwards started feeling mild stomach cramps. Today cramps have worsened along with Diarrhea. Any OTC medicine to treat and get immediate relief

Loose stool 10 times with stomach ache, already given norflox400 and pan d with entroquinal.but still passing loose stool and the stomach ache is little better .please suggest a medicine to stop the stool .ors I'm giving

Hi Doc I was having acidity from last 2 months along with vomiting sensation. I had clavicle fracture surgery in November and was on medication for more than 1 month. Presently my anxiety medicines are in progress. The Gastroenterologist suggested for endoscopy. Attached is the report for same. My medication has started for duodenum Ulcers. Need a second opinion.
