Please help. I had fistuletomy surgery 3 weeks back. I take lactihep syrup to keep my stools soft. The syrup is making my stools soft, but is making me pass motion multiple times in a day, sometimes 4-5 times in a day and very small quantity each time. Passing motion so many times is becoming painful at the surgery wound. Please advise how to keep my stools soft and pass motion once or twice a day.

Can You suggest good probiotics for good gut health and stomach parasites, I take curd everyday and YAKULT as well, is YAKULT AND CURD BETTER AS PROBIOTICS? Can you suggest more?
