Hey everyone, can someone please provide some tips on how can I make my
liver strong? I have heard of Himalayas Liver 52 tablet and syrup. Is it worth giving a try? Or are there any alternative which can help. I drink and smoke occasionally. Though I exercise regularly but I also want to make my liver strong. I don't have any digestion problem in general other than occasional gas or bloating. Can someone please suggest if I should take Liver 52 tablet or are there any alternative that I can do. Thanks in advance
