Hii doctor, I have gas in my stomach every month for one year and my stomach hurts very much. When pantop dsr tab  is taken then pain goes and when Pantop dsr does not cure sometimes then pantoprazole injection has to be done then it is fine This happens every month sometime pain start in 20 days

I have done a CT scan since I had a upper right abdomen pain. Results shows hepatomegaly(20.5) with diffuse fatty infiltration. Beaver-tail configuration of liver seen. Chronic calculus cholecystitis. Is that serious?

Hello Doctors, I have slight pain with swelling  in right knee and leg portion below it. Also if I stand for even 30 minutes, my knees feel uncomfortable and swells. Due to this, I always lie down on bed which I really find uncomfortable. Also my feet are warm these days. I also have slight pain under my ribs which is always there.
