Does whey protein cause mouth / stomach ulcer?

When i go to sleep at night then i started breath to getting but due to breating my stomach moves up and down  due to this at one second i feel sleepy then one second i do not feel sleepy due to this distrubance i do not complete my sleep

I consulted a doctor who diagnosed with a case of swelling in intestine due to which there is bloating in the stomach causing gas. I also experienced problems in passing gas and stool but eased out once I started medicines. Doctor has advised me to not have spicy and oily food. I also got decreased platelets (100000 thou/mm3) and elevated vitamin B12 (1440 pg/ml). Also, I'm experiencing low blood pressure ranging from 94/70 to 112/78) Is that happening due to stomach issues?

Can constipation cause bad breath, if i dont dont poop for a day or two i face this bad breath issue, even if i brush in the morning my mouth starts smelling within hour Kindly suggest remedy to get rid of bad breath

Sir/ Mam, For last 2 days there is bloating in my stomach....appetite has also reduces to some extent...even after eating little stomach is getting bloated....there is also some burning sensation while peeing and there is also no normal flow of urine and some burning sensation in below my chest...there is no external pain but while pressing just below my chest in the upper abdomen there is some pain...what is the real problem is this because of fatty liver or some other issues...plz suggest me best treatment
