I saw a few red colour worms in my stool today. I was not able to clear my stomach since last few days. Is it concerning?

From last 1-2 weeks i have burning sensation while pooping . No other symptoms. No blood or any other symptom . Its only burns while pooping. Is it because of lack of water and fibre intake?

My age is 29 years and My SGPT always high, when I take medicine, it come down upto 40-45 and after few days it again raise and average value 70-95. For this reason always I feel feverish. Kindly suggest me.

Anti smooth muscle antibody test - weak positive, ANA weak positive. I have pain at the Upper right stomach. The pain is sharp coming and going. I have diabetes militus and hypertension. Is there anything to be worried doctor?.
