Does ash gourd cause diarrhea in ibs patient? I am having loose stools with mucus ,Though stool before breakfast was very good but stool after meal is very bad

Stomach and digestion problem so this reason she feels breathing problem and feels pain on ribs and she irritate everytime

I feel everyday that my stomach is full till throat after eating very low , even after 6,7 hours I feel that just now I ate. Please help

Hello doctors, My mother has severe stomach and indigestion issues. As she recently got her both knee replaced. Most of the time she is on bed. Due to that she is facing these stomach and indigestion problems. She cant walk much so i wanted to know if some doctor is available on practo from lucknow who can visit my home ti check her. Dear sir/madam, On 15 july i have done USG of abdomen and pelvis in that there is fatty liver grade 2. I have also pain in right side of abdomen. So, I consulted gastroenterologist and he suggested for CT scan of abdomen. CT scan is normal then i loose about 6 kg weight in 1 month. Recently i have done Fibro Scan. In Fibro scan there is stiffness is 4.8 Kpa. So, i am little worried about that why in USG there is Fatty liver grade 2. What should i do further ??

My bilirubin direct is 0.41 need to worry...or is it normal. Please let me know I am a bit worried about this.
