Today I found little of my portion in white colour and the other part is in brown colour I have gas problem goes under. Is this a serious condition?

My name is Sunil, I am in medication from last few months taking homeopathic medicine Bio Combination 17 and Aesculus Pentarkan, earlier I have tried allopathy also but nothing happened as after fre days bleeding after poop starts (after every 12 to 15 days) and remains till 5 to 7 days. No other problem is there, just bleeding, else no other symptom is seen or observed. Only problem is bleeding starts, I am taking iron and vitamin tablets recommended by doctor. My SGOT is 24 and SGPT is 21. This means ratio is 1.14 which is above 1. However, overall, the levels are in normal range. Is this a cause of concern? Three days back, my SGOT was 16 and SGPT was 30. 6 days back, my SGOT was 19 and SGPT was 21.
