Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello Doctors, I have slight pain with swelling  in right knee and leg portion below it. Also if I stand for even 30 minutes, my knees feel uncomfortable and swells. Due to this, I always lie down on bed which I really find uncomfortable. Also my feet are warm these days. I also have slight pain under my ribs which is always there. Do I have a medical problem related to liver or weak bones due to it? I haven't gone for any medical check or blood test yet. Is there any natural remedy or diet to cure it? I want to exercise but after doing exercise for some time,I feel better and then it starts again.

I am facing unwanted burping since a week. No issue with Digestion and have no pain in stomach. But unwanted burping is concern.
