Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have white coating toungue from last five month also fermentation type smell(feels like nail polish removal smell )from mouth, stool , body skin and urine,sometime acidity and sometime indigestion.Low grade fever.Sometime feel bitter taste in mouth.Anus itching, nose itching.I don't have diabetes.Feel brain fog.Leg cramp.My Hba1ac is 5.0.

Sir plzz suggest me some home remidies for stomach free of gas .. Because lot of acid formed in my stomach

I took ajwain, salt and water 15 days ago.After that I am having heartburn,chest pain, swallowing problem,wet cough.

My doctor prescribed me azoran 50mg per day for my mildly active IBD crohn's disease and ileal ulcers..  Is the drug safe for long term use ..I am worried about its potential side effects on the long term on liver,pancreas etc

I was having epigastric pain in last week and prior some days so I went to hospital to see the doctor, I got suggested to do usg abdomen and report says- Mild altered echotexture of pancreas with well-defined heteroechoic lesion seen near head of pancreas - For further evaluation. • Simple hepatic cyst in right lobe of liver. Later I did ct scan- and report says- -A small well-defined, rounded SOL of size 25×23x23 mm (42-50 HU) with a small eccentric calcific focus seen anterior to the uncinate process. The fat planes between the SOL and pancreas is maintained - Possible mesenteric cyst / Pseudocyst. -Tiny hepatic cyst. -Small discrete RIF and mesenteric adneopathy. ca19.9- says- 12.2 . Later when I went to show above reports he was telling me to do some more tests like PT INR cect abdomen eus +fnb and many more. Requesting you to check above consultation paper and suggest me that these expensive tests are necessary, as I'm physically fit by weight and other symptoms

I have been suffering from indigestion,gas , acidity.. especially for last few months... Gas and acidity is my old problem..but recently sometime i suffer from constipation and some time diarrhea... I eat very normal food...but these symptoms come frequently... especially in the morning i go so many times in washroom.. Presently I am taking homeopath medicine without getting much benefit... suggest something.

I have heartburn thrice a week did endoscopy was diagnosed with lax lav hill grade ii .Taking PPI(  deltone 60 mg and prokinetic ( levosulphiride 25mg thrice before food but the situation isn't improving.Any suggestions?
