My sister was doing glutes bridges in gym through dumbell but suddenly one set of 5kg dumbbell rolled down to stomach from pelvis area and she is facing some cramps in evening...is there any chance of internal injury around stomach area or intestine area..Is there need of going for whole abdomen ultrasound...

Is serum amaylze level of 106 mg/dil okay? I do have some symptoms like dull pain in my lower abdomen, fatigue n tiredness. Just want to know if level of this number is anything concerning and should make me worried about pancreas Had quite a high-fat diet since one week

Sir/ Mam, For last 2 days there is bloating in my stomach....appetite has also reduces to some extent...even after eating little stomach is getting bloated....there is also some burning sensation while peeing and there is also no normal flow of urine and some burning sensation in below my chest...there is no external pain but while pressing just below my chest in the upper abdomen there is some pain...what is the real problem is this because of fatty liver or some other issues...plz suggest me best treatment

For the past few days I have been having a very small pain in Left side  between chest and stomach Some time it goes backwards on left side. If I apply iodex on the particular area it gives some relief but after a few hours it emerges again. I have doubt that it something like galstone But galstone pain should be on right side I have no pain on right side . Then what it is?

Since childhood I have had a problem with my bowel movement. Anytime there is some stress I feel uncomfortable in my lower abdomen and will have to visit the washroom frequently. Same If I have to go out. I also have anxiety and it is the dominant symptom I experience. I always experience discomfort in the anus region which starts mostly after I pass stool in the morning (no pain, no straining) but then I feel something is left in the anus region (now after being worried I am noticing more) I will have to pass urine 2 -3 times after, feels itching like sensation in anus and I voluntarily clench the back muscles several times. I know that I don't need to defecate. There is no pain or strain in the lower abdomen. This increases when I pay attention and clench. Though I am noticing now but I have felt this for a long time. Also what should be considered thin stool?  My stool is also not long but always has bluffs. Picture enclosed. kindly help. CECT whole abdomen is normal. Thank you.

Whenever Stomach pain occurs urge of going to loo is happening and the stool comes out. Why stomach pain is happening?
