I am having stomach issues for a week. Feel tired and kind of burning sensation in the anus. Overall body pain and tiredness also

I have been encountering blood in my stool once or twice in  4-5 months since 2019...but recently I have experienced it two times during my last two stools . What to do? Tell me the causes and cure.

My daughter suffering from stomach pain from one month she complaining in between not continuous and not severe. We do ultrasound Impression: Minimal free fluid in bilateral iliac fossa. Few enlarge non necrotic lymph nodes are seen in mesentery , largest measuring 15×5 mm. She is 4 years old. 15 kg weight. Please suggest is anything serious or easily recover
