Constipation

I usually don't eat oily and processed foods but sometimes, it becomes impossible to say no to our favourite snacks and dishes. So, Can I take gelusil tablet once in 10 days gap ,that is, 3 times in a month. It really helps me with my digestion even if I take one tablet in 10 days. Is it dangerous to even eat 1 tablet ?

Pain in the upper left abdomen
