My bilirubin direct is 0.41 need to worry...or is it normal. Please let me know I am a bit worried about this.

I  did ultrasound and it showed GB is distended and shoe microlithiasis with echogenic sludge ...largest calculus measuring 6mm . And m having fatty livrr Grade 2.Does it requires surgical removal.

It's been 6 months since symptoms started. First it was not much but now it's becoming severe i consulted with dr. And he gave me some antibiotics and other medican for infection. It was bad when i regularly used to drink alcohol and smoking or spicy food. I had indigestion nausea diarrhea weight loss. Recently i noticed there was blood in my stool twice in few days (a few drops) Then i took prescribed medicine for 10 days. Now there's no blood but i feel tired and i want to know what kind of infection it is.

Dear Sir , My Wife on dait since one month and last week we take out side food then after both suffered with  motions and take oflixin & ornadazole tablets and cured for me but my wife suffering with since 2days ( these days also not taken much food ) with  black colour Stool.what was the problem may be sir .. please suggest in this regard

I feel severe bodypains especially in the neck, back, lower back and knee, the pain is severe while waking up and when I am not doing any work, it gradually reduces with time, motions are not normal and stomach enlarges after meals, i also have acidity and reflux problem, I feel weakness and tiredness in the body, I did my upper GI endoscopy and the results are normal, I also have nausea and tightness in the throat and chest, I have thyroid which is just above normal level but I am not taking medicine on endocrinologist suggestions, I want to know whether it is gastric related problem or is it due to thyroid, kindly advice, thank you

I had Esopen DSR plus voveron as I was gas pain. Now my urine has turned bright yellow. Is it cuz of esopen?

My mother is having burning sensation under palm and feet followed by nausea and vomiting Sometimes the burning sensation starts from abdomen and travels till throat followed by vomit. Sometimes she has anxiety for no reason but not extreme. This happens mainly in the morning everyday for past 1 month.vomiting is not stopping with medicine also ( Ganton OD) Local doctors pressed abdomen during checkup and said no issue with abdomen all is due to hypertension. Her sodium level is a bit low - 131 Nerve medicine was suggested which is worsening her health. Please suggest whether it is any stomach related issue or mental anxiety
