My father has severe upper abdomen pain, upon consultation and few test (Ultrasound, MRCP) test. In report it is mentioned as '2 mm sized T2 hyperintensity likely calculus is seen in the terminal part of CBD'. Plz advice if it requires surgery or it can pass by fluids ?

LFT test higher than normal
Dear sir , just I have tested LFT. unfortunately my report's maximum parameters is higher than normal.like-
Total bilirubin - 1.3 mg/dL
Direct - 0.42 mg/dL
Indirect - 0.88 mg/dL
SGPT- 124.4 u/L
SGOT- 93.2 u/L
Actually I have grade i fatty liver.
Is it very serious for me? Please Reply
