From last 3-4 days in night i am feeling pain in stomach and pooping 3-4 times in full night and no diarrhea normal stool

On January 2023 I've done USG ultrasound and report result shows liver hemangioma measure 2.2cm × 1.7cm. Now after 5 months it shows liver hemangioma measure 2.9cm×2.2cm. I want to know, how to know the exact size of hemangioma. Should I multiply both measurements and get the size of hemangioma or is there two numbers of hemangioma. I'm confused, please make it clear And what should I do next? Thanks

Hi, I have been suffering from stomach pain , tightness, burning and difficult swallowing and breathing too.. Have done endoscopy also and came up with gastritis, have been taking ppi , antacid and even pantoprazole IV but not getting resolved, I'm feeling more fatigue and no energy in my body. Please help anyone have a solution for this. I had quit all bad habits months ago and am not taking any oil items or fats or spices..

I consulted a doctor who diagnosed with a case of swelling in intestine due to which there is bloating in the stomach causing gas. I also experienced problems in passing gas and stool but eased out once I started medicines. Doctor has advised me to not have spicy and oily food. I also got decreased platelets (100000 thou/mm3) and elevated vitamin B12 (1440 pg/ml). Also, I'm experiencing low blood pressure ranging from 94/70 to 112/78) Is that happening due to stomach issues?

Can constipation cause bad breath, if i dont dont poop for a day or two i face this bad breath issue, even if i brush in the morning my mouth starts smelling within hour Kindly suggest remedy to get rid of bad breath
