Liver enlarged (24.5 cm), spleen enlarged 15.4 cm. Ast and Alt, ggtp elevated, prothrombin time 18sec and INR 1.3. Fibroscan F Score 323 and KPA 26.5. Anti smooth muscle antibody test - weak positive, ANA weak positive. I have pain at the Upper right stomach. The pain is sharp coming and going. I have diabetes militus and hypertension. Is there anything to be worried doctor?.

Hi, From past 1 month, I am feeling some vomthing sensation around evening everyday. I am not understanding the cause of this sensation. After having my dinner this vomthing feeling disappears.
