Sir/ma'am can u pls tell me after how many years 12 o clock untreated fissure can change into fistula ..?

My 6 years daughter had been suffering from stomach pain since least Friday. I consult to my doctor and also give her many home remedies but still she has getting no relief. She is in very pain continuously. What can I do? Please help me.
