I had a c section before 5 months.I am not able to have regular bowel movements afer that .I had to take kayam churna or softovac for that.My weight is also increasing day by day.Pressure is created but I feel constipated.Kindly prescribe some medicine for that.

2 Tsp psyllium husk( isapgol) with plenty of water once a day before sleeping.
Caution- make sure to drink plenty of water after it otherwise it can worsen constipation
