Constipation and bloating
Since 2 days I've been facing constipation like symptoms and unable to clear my stomach properly. Its causing me headache and even itching on my skin I feel. And I'm not able to relax my mind. What's the cure for this? Which laxative should I take to get rid of it completely?

Apart from laxatives you should follow lifestyle modifications. Regular physical activity and vegetarian diet with lots of fibre, without spices and oil, and having plenty of liquids will help you.
