My lifestyle is okay and I don't have any health condition in my past my all over body functioning properly even though I eat fibre rich food like apple daily even though I don't eat junk foods or even Street food also I take only home food with less oil and spicy and I walk also for 40 min at 5:00 early in the morning daily after waking up first I drink Luke warm water even I take lemon water too with honey
Assume like this I ate 100% whole day but the next day early morning after bowel movement only 40 to 50% stool didn't not pass I don't know they stuck in colon or they didn't digested due to weak digestion Nxt day i eat less bcz of 40% is in my stomach thn I eat 80% NXT day thn third day 40% to 60% stool pass out rest in stomach why this is happened bcz i drink 4 litr water also third day i feel bloating acidic cramp bcz of my stool is in my stomach which didn't pass or become hard or stuck i don't know
