Mild Constipation needs help
I have been diagnosed with Hemmoroid since 6 weeks and now treating with Daflon. My doc has given me Looz syrup to avoid constipation still it is happening and impacting my recovering Hemmoroids, prolonging the discomfort. Pls suggest another good Stool softener. I take CORBIS 2.5 also for ventricular ectopis and have a good digestive health otherwise.

Long standing constipation can both cause and worsen haemorrhoids. Treating constipation will decrease discomfort caused due to haemorrhoids.
Next Steps
Include Plenty fibres in your diet. Include ISABGOL (psyllium husk) in your diet daily to complete daily fibre goal.
