Which one of these is responsible for loss of appetite and after removing which organ my appetite will be back to normal again. Please share your valuable opinion on the same.

GB removal may decrease your symptoms and increase appetite. But, a thorough workup is needed to determine whether it is required or not.
Next Steps
Consult a laparoscopic surgeon.
Health Tips
Please note. If the symptoms are not unbearable or overwhelming, kindly rethink the idea of getting a surgery done as there are many adverse effects associated with surgeries. Best wishes
