Constipation
Hello doctor I m suffering from constipation there is difficulty in emptying my bowel. Doctor advised to take cremaffin plus 30ml .. Just need to know 30ml is usual  recommeded dose?? Will it cause diarrhea?.. Pls suggest the appropriate dosage of cremaffin plus syrup that can make my stool soften and clear my bowel.. Ps I m 30 years old 57.5kgs

Along with cremaffin ,take adequate fibre rich diet ..increase your water intake.. increase simple physical activities like walking   ..reduce caffeine intake (if any ) .hope this helps
