Hiii.... So basically ur aware of the fact tat ur obese..and u also smoke... Both of which r not good for ur health.. + Liver function test shows slightly elevated values.. So yes.. Diet - avoid processed/oily/spicy/canned/baked food items.. Take a more healthy diet like salad/spinach/pulses/fruits(low glycemic and easily metabolised) Good amount of exercise..make ur mind and hav a routine practice Avoid stress and plan urslf to reduce ur wieght to avoid hypertension diabetes etc since u ll b prone to it
