Can You suggest good probiotics for good gut health and stomach parasites, I take curd everyday and YAKULT as well, is YAKULT AND CURD BETTER AS PROBIOTICS? Can you suggest more?

Vegetables and fruits are the best prebiotics abd will improve gut gealth,if you are healthy .curd can be taken as a probiotic.no need for orher drinks which may have preservatives and sugar which are not needed.
