I had biryani on Friday and after that i got too much gas and puked that night , now m sometimes m having blood in stool (very less not excess) plus my stomach is always gassy , symptoms have reduced but still its there .
i have dybosis (destroyed gut bacteria in my gut) so hard antibiotics like metro cannot be taken (if someone can help me with probiotics along with metro to be supported)
