Acid reflux
I am having acidity for last 3 weeks and my bp is fluctuating 100/175.
There is inflammation in middile of the chest and pinching pain in left of the chest and numbness raidiating from chest to left arm, back of shoulder disc and jawline. my throat is sore and too much burping.
Sometime i feel weird sense of pain in lower left of chest its feel like heart attack.
I have uploaded my echo report any issues?

Echo is fine.symptoms are probably due to gastric issues.may be sone cervical issues too,but more details are needed to evaluate
