I am 22 years old male . My weight is 64 kgs and my height is 169cm. I have joined the gym again and am eating 125gm of protein and 2000 calories for 3 days. That is making me constipated. My goal is to gain weight and muscles . WILL CONSTIPATION STOP MY BODY FROM ABSORBING THE REQUIRED NUTRIENTS FOR WEIGHT GAIN? IS THAT A MYTH?

Yes. You can be most irregular in your Gym activities , have all types of junk food and use prohibited substances , and blame constipation if your health deteriorates.
