I used to poop 3-4 times a day, and this became a daily lifestyle. This has been continuing for 3-4 years. But pooping every time after meal makes me difficult sometimes when i go outside. How to reduce my no of bowel movements.

Take plenty of water
Avoid cambonated beverages,fast food, spicy and fried foods
Avoid excess tea , coffee
Soft diet
Regular time meals
Include more fiber containing food in diet
