Stomach Problems & Remedies

I feel Nausea and severe Headache whenever the gap between meals become more than 4hours. Same when I fast. When I fast, the feeling will start at 2-3 PM and usually get severe by 4-5 PM. Once I break the fast in the evening sometimes the conditions become worse and sometimes it takes 2-3 hours to be normal. I tried taking medicine for gas before fasting or after breaking the fast but still no help. Is it something related to gastric problems?
