Which is the best tablet for deworming without any side effects? Is zentel a good one for this purpose?

My son is doing constipated potty. The size of the potty is very small. As soon as he starts eating, he starts pushing out the constipated potty but it does not come out fully. Also, his water intake has slowed down, but he is eating normally. Please advise.

Hi my kid is suffering from stomach pain from 2 months and doctor suggested laxopeg-17g powder to be given daily .is that appropriate or over dosage for 7 YEAR Old boy And I have given bandyplus syrup- single dose 1 month Back and doctor again suggested to give zentel-2 times with 15 days gap.please suggest whether deworming syrup can be given within one month gap

From 2weeks I hav frequently dull pain in upper abdomen.I hav indigestion problem,some times burning sensation in chest.after eating food  upper abdomen dull  pain starts with in 2hours.sometimes in early  morning I take thyroxine 75 mg tablet for hypothyroidism after taking this tablet uper abdomen pain starts.doctor gave rantac150mg,gastric syrup.when I used these medicines burning chest problem stops but when I hav upper and middle abdomen pain not stop for using gastric medicines.upper abdominal dull pain    stops after 3 days.every time when pain starts it ends after 3 days.i hav IBS problem from 3 years .3 years back I do colonoscopy with biopsy ,endoscopy ,liver function test usg abdomen all are normal. .please tell me what is the disease.for diagnosis what tests to be done.

Before 2-3 days i have eaten my food very late around 2 PM and after eating i slept and when i woke up i am feeling very bad in my stomach and at evening time i drunk tea i can't drink regularly but that day i drunk tea and then i am feeling more bad in stomach after some time firstly some water water ( acid water) came outside and then i vomitted after vomit ill eaten dinner and then i feeled again bad in stomach and next day i am not getting hunger and i thought its acidity so i drunked limka but no sultion came and then i eaten food frocefully and then full day i have an stomach pain and acidity problem and at night i didn't done my dinner and today i eaten my food forcefully at breakfast then i am feeling very bad so i drunked eno after drinking i get vommited and all food came outside and then at afternoon i eaten some food and the whole day am geeting burk and feel to vomit but vomit not comming and i doesn't done my dinner today also and i have a pain in middle of my stomach..

My son is 5 yrs. old, he is suffering from loose motion, kindly suggest me some medicine for him. He's having cold as well, please suggest medicines for cold & loose motion.
