My weight is 80kgs bmi 29 from past 5 yeaes I have. Sleep issues and got my basic investigation done my grbs was 133 and FBS was 106 I'm worried about glucose levels

Having severe motions and stomach pains today. Stomach has been upset for 4-5 days now. Ate a plate of pani puri 4-5 days ago and it has been upset ever since.

I feel pulsating abdomen also I can feel my heartbeat when I put my hands on it. Is it normal ? Or should I be worried? But I have no pain just a bit of heaviness when I lay down I'm non smoker and non hypertensive

Am suffering from flatulence for a long time now. Am 36 years old and have been having irritable bowel since childhood. Off late I am having embarrassing smelly flatulence very frequently no matter what I eat - even if I don't eat.
