I have seen some blood over my poop. How can I solve this issue recommend some remedies. Please help me

I chewed betel leaf/Paan for a few days but didnot eat it,I used to throw after chewing ...I am a IBS diarrhea patient,.. I found that I am having diarrhea after meals..is it possible due to just chewing of paan,not eating it?

Hello Doctor,   My brother has been suffering frequently with Vomitting and stomach ache. When he eats something after some time stomach aches and then frequent bowel movement.  He has been so week physically and now he has started getting panicked. This pain goes for few days and again same problem occurs. We have consulted many doctors but this problem is not getting sorted. Please see recent prescription attached. Some of the anti depression medicine also has been prescribed. I feel this won't be safe to take. I am afraid there might be some big issue.

I recently go for such treatment can someone suggest accordingly to the report is there any Alarming condition or not

Hello Doctors, From past few months I've been suffering from gas problems, there were no problem in bowel movements but was only getting pinch type cheat pain. I did ECG it was normal, doctor gave me pantoprozole to have in the morning and night, now after taking this i feel like i got diarrhoea problem. Though the course got over last day only and i can feel that bloating and gas problems have reduced but i feel more hungry and recently I've started having coconut water around 11 in the morning and apple in the eve at 6 and started walking for 3-4 kms. But after taking food in the night I immediately get feeling of pooping. What this could be? Please suggest what should i do? Thanks.
