Last night I had two dark chocolate pastry and today mngg the same colour stool in loose consistency, with no pain Is there anything to be concerned about?

I was diagnosed with Peptic Ulser(Both stomach and deodenum Ulcer), UV and CT normal. All blood test is normal. I took a raw guava fruit and from that moment my Digestion is hampered. I feel like food is not moving to next step might be indigestion, gas, severe bloating, nausea. I am following these medicines from yesterday and pls tell if these are correct 1. Randiom o syrup 2. Sompraz IT 3. Enzar Forte ( Let me know if this is good digestive enzymes) 4. Digeraft 5. VSL3 The problem is while i try to sleep, the stomach is feeling heavy( Either burp or flatulence has to come) then only it allowing me to sleep. Please guide me doctors please.

Dr done ugi endoscopy and tell bacteria ulcer in stomach and  given lots of medicine, uploaded picture। After taking it i feel some pain left lower back. Can medicines affect my kidney, please inform.

I am experiencing painless, bloodless external hammeroid. I just applied pilex forte ointment for the first time, and i feel a little weird after application. It feels like a little burn, like i have touched ginger in my fingers and rubbed it around my anus. At the same time, i feel a cooling effect, like i have kept ice in the anus. This is very confusing. Is this normal, or am i experiencing any side effects? Should i stop using the cream?

I'm suffering from a strange problem. I'm unable to burp completely and hence burp many times a day but not satisfactorily. This causes severe uneasiness, inconsistent stools, dizziness, stomach bloating, heaviness, burning sensation. Everyday i have different symptoms but heavy head and dizziness is there throughout  and panic attack sometimes at night making me unable to sleep. Have visited many doctors like gastro, neuro, etc and all reports like endoscopy, colonoscopy, ECG, echo, mri brain, vit b12 and vit d, thyroid are normal. Had all sorts of gastro medicines like, ganaton, lesuride, sompraz, pan, gaviscon etc but of no use. Feeling really uncomfortable and couldn't concentrate on anything bcoz of this. I've no anxiety issues or depression. In fact I hit the gym regularly and muscular. I don't take any supplements as well. But I'm feeling miserable inside bcoz of these issues. Have any doctor treated someone like this symptoms. Please let me know and I'll connect.

She did vomit twice today and is complaining about stomach ache, also now she is feeling cold and weakness but no fever. She has not eaten since morning. What should I give her

I suffer from gastritis from time to time. I did consult a doctor for the same and his medication was effective for the time being. I don't consume much outside food, once every two weeks. I eat home cooked meals, I workout regularly and I work from home. But I make it a point to take a walk or make some movements during the work hrs. What would be the reason for gastritis and What should I do to make it go away completely?

Can even mild h pylori cause acid reflux .I had a Nissen fundoplication a year ago and I was diagnosed with h pylori 2 months ago and I have little reflux wich cause throat irritation and gasy and heavy stomach after eating

Hello Doctors I'm facing a severe hard stool while passing motion after c section. My doc prescribed Duphalac 15ml at bedtime & 5ml in the morning. It made me increase the number of times I go for motion. But still the stool is very hard and I feel like something is leftover inside every time. I'm also taking a fiber rich diet & around 10 glasses of water. But still my problem is getting worse day by day. Please suggest me how to deal with this problem

Why do I fart and bloat mostly in evening and night..my body feel heavy ... recently my dad got attack..what could be the reason for this ? M not feeling comfortable..is there anyone who can help
