I did my routine health blood test. All reports are normal but urea level is 12 mg/dl and urea nitrogen blood is 6 mg/dl.
So, I'm concerned about the result. Is there any serious issue and what should I do to keep it in normal level or should I go for further tests? (Most of the time I feel bloated and low appetite)

Abdominal Examination with local surgeon or physician is recommended, avoid non veg food to avoid constipation. Walk 45 mins a day with 3-5 litres of water intake
Nothing to worry.
Bloating and low appetite isn’t not due to those values.
Stop taking junk/spicy /sour taste and fried foods .
Avoid coffee and citrus fruits
Take healthy diet , adequate physical activity, plenty of liquids and sleep will clear those symptoms.
