Pebble hard stool
Hi doctor, I am seeing strange thing Mine very first stool which comes out of Anus is always pebble type and hard but later soft and normal stool comes... This pebble comes only in morning stool. It is very hard and brown in colour Attaching morning stool pic... Is this normal behaviour or stool?? I am on anxieties tablet since last 8 month.. I go t loo max 3 times in day if required.. Try to drink 3 5 l water... Please suggest

Include more fibre in diet in form of whole grains,vegetables and fruits.if overweight, mainly vegetables. Include more physical activity.
