Observing epigastric pain frequently also having burps , please suggest me any medicine.I'm having marriage in 4 days it's bothering me

Can h pylori infection can alone cause more acid reflux and throat irirritationi I have this problem of acid reflux I have tested positive for h pylori

From last 4-5 days, i am feeling uncomfortable due to stomach bloating. Even this problem is from long time. But from last 4-5 days, it has made me more uncomfortable. I am a teacher and i sit for 3-4 hour continuously. And my working time is 8:30-8:30 . 12 hours. In which I take lunch at 12 O clock. During 8:30 to 4:30 , I keep walking while teaching . sit hardly 1 hour but after 4:30-8:30 i take tution where I sit 4 hours in 4 shift. Due to stomach pressure , whenever I drink water during working time it comes out within 10 minutes in form of urine. In working time i go 10-12 time toilet. And from last 4-5 days. I have to go for motion . It feels very bad and feel ashamed. During this. Stomach is much bloted. Weight has increased about 4 kg in last 2 months. Only stomach looks ugly. All body slim. Whenever I sit in chair feel tightness. Stomach produces sounds. I need help seriously.

Left side neck pain past 5 days and suffocation while deep breathing specially at morning . I was suffering from headache but it has subsided I have constipation problem also.

Can colitis be diagnosed through ultrasound. Incase it is just a doubt that someone has due to the symptoms. Colonoscopy is too expensive, can the possibility of having colitis be ruled out just by ultrasound??

Hello Doctor My husband is suffering from continuous pain in right side of navel since 2 months..He had hernia surgery...he did all the tests and all are normal...In CT scan there was mild increase in intestinal wall in terminal ileum so doc did colonoscopy and it came normal...now doctor is saying it's a muscular pain...when there is pain in stomach, it radiates to scrotum as well...Is it a nerve or muscle pain or something else? All blood tests, usg abdomen and scrotum and CT scan abdomen done...and in endoscopy there was small heitus hernia and mild gastritis was found in stomach...what is the reason of this pain? Please help

Frequent loose motion with Gas formation.The problem persists since last 20 years with interim relief for 10 years between 2006 to 2016 but since 2016 exercising  extreme precautions in eating spicy/heavy/ outside food stopped milk completely stopped in order to avoid loose motion.some foods triggers motion & there is constant fear in the mind of loose motion and hence avoid taking milk & foods which leads to gas formation & loose motion.Frequently visited Doctors but no major relief but gets temporary relief on taking antibiotics followed by interim relief for couple of months.Please suggest course of treatment/medicine for longer duration and diet. Thanks
