There is pain like gas stucked below left chest and above stomach.when I used to take long breath or lying down left side this pain is getting high. I have take  Antiallergy and pain killer and gas tablet got relief for some days but some time it again comes and facing same issue.I am also having problem of constipation this is for reference please suggest me something

My father, 62Y, is facing problem of loose motion 1-2 times a day from last 2 weeks. He has already completed course of O2 and Rifagut 550 but problem still persists. Is the attached Stool RE report fine? This test was done 8 days after completing antibiotic course.
