I have burning sensation near abdomen and inside the rectum, I had done CT scan. CT Scan shows normal. The sensation had gone for few days and it has came back . Doctor is saying it is IBS. I have taking medicine for 15 days it has not cured, in am not sure if it is IBS or any other infection. Is this IBS?

I don't feel like waking up because no matter how much I sleep i feel tired while waking up. I also have low grade fever. And i burp a lot thesedays. What do I have?

Getting gas after eating or after not eating for a long time, feeling a pulse in my lower abdomen. Accompanied by pain sometimes at different locations throught the abdomen. Bowel movement is normal but irregular and infrequent. Burning sensation in upper abdomen sometimes. The symptoms are remaining quite the same since a few weeks.

Many time after eat stomach get big and feel heavy even I am eating 80%of diet..many time having gas problem also And I have NO problem in constipation,every day morning I am having natural force for toilet, few time i am going two time in a day. Please suggest a test which can diagnose what the problem in stomach or share diet what to eat and what not.
