I don't feel like waking up because no matter how much I sleep i feel tired while waking up. I also have low grade fever. And i burp a lot thesedays. What do I have?

I have take rabeprazole 1.5 hour before the lft test and drink ajwain water before 2hour ago is there any effect in result

Getting gas after eating or after not eating for a long time, feeling a pulse in my lower abdomen. Accompanied by pain sometimes at different locations throught the abdomen. Bowel movement is normal but irregular and infrequent. Burning sensation in upper abdomen sometimes. The symptoms are remaining quite the same since a few weeks.

Many time after eat stomach get big and feel heavy even I am eating 80%of diet..many time having gas problem also And I have NO problem in constipation,every day morning I am having natural force for toilet, few time i am going two time in a day.
