My friend has started having heart burn, acid reflux, loose motions and nausea feeling all of a sudden for the past 3 days. I am  having hypothyroidism and currently on thyroid medication (25mcg). From past few months I am dealing with constant bloating and constipation. I got checked for it and doctor prescribed me iron and calcium tablets (ferrous ascorbate & folic acid, calcium& vitamin d3) along with a syrup for liver related issues (if any). I am taking the prescribed medicines from past 3 days. My bloating and motions are well. But after taking medicine I feel vomiting, and tiredness. I am not sure whether I should continue them or stop them. Please help.

Sometimes there is bubbling in my stomach and belching is more , can it be also cause protein powder?? Actually my dermatologist suggest me follifood powder
