Hello! The symptoms you are experiencing, including upper stomach pain, frequent bowel movements, gas in the chest area, and feeling drained of energy, could be caused by a variety of factors. Some possible causes include: 1. Gastrointestinal infection: An infection in the gastrointestinal tract can cause symptoms such as stomach pain, frequent bowel movements, and gas. 2. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS): IBS is a common condition that can cause abdominal pain, bloating, and changes in bowel movements. 3. Food intolerance: Some people may have difficulty digesting certain foods, which can cause symptoms such as stomach pain, gas, and changes in bowel movements. 4. Stress and anxiety: Stress and anxiety can cause a variety of physical symptoms, including stomach pain, changes in bowel movements, and difficulty sleeping. It is important to have a healthcare provider evaluate your symptoms to determine the underlying cause and develop an appropriate treatment plan. They may recommend additional testing, such as blood tests or imaging studies, to help diagnose the underlying cause. In the meantime, there are some things you can do to help manage your symptoms. Eating a healthy, balanced diet and avoiding foods that may trigger your symptoms can be helpful. Additionally, practicing stress-reducing techniques such as meditation or deep breathing exercises may help to alleviate your symptoms. If your symptoms are severe or persistent, or if you experience any other concerning symptoms, such as blood in your stool or difficulty breathing, it is important to seek medical attention right away.
