I always have to rush to washroom after eating anything other than bland food,or when I am full or when I am anxious why am not able to control my stool I have been facing this from a year now I have met gastroenterologist and was given probiotic with normaxin also was told to meet psychologist I cannot go out bcuz I am scared I have to use washroom I am not able to go out with my kids how do I solve this pls help me

Hello Doctors, I took a fullbody checkup recently, it came out that I have elevated SGPT 167 (55 upper limit) and SGOT 70 (35 UL) while all other parameters are normal in liver. In lipid profile, total cholesterol 207, HDL 29, Non HDL 175, VLDL 43 and CHDL/HDL ratio 7.3. Doctor that I consult, suggested me normal life change and told me it's because of cholesterol. I want to know second opinion on the way forward. Should I start the treatment or just life style changes are enough.

In 1994 my mother had gallbladder stone. It was operated and gallbladder was remove. Then in 2017 again some stone found in the biliary duct hence ercp happened. Again in 2022 ercp. Yesterday suddenly severe pain happened in abdomen. Same sort of pain that happened during 2022 ercp time. Doctor has done endoscopy, mrcp , USG but nothing has been found. They are saying this is due to gas. But for gas this much pain? Can there be any permanent remedy?
