Hiatus hernia, gerd
I had taken endoscopy 2years back, in that they mentioned as Goj 40cms, laxless, mucosal prolapse and the impression is given as hiatus hernia, gerd. But from last one year I am not taking any medicines for that. But my symptoms are upper abdominal pain frequently,not able to drink even 1glass of water,early sateity,bloating,  facing lot of constipation, due to this iam suffering from fissure which I had got 3years back, is hpylori causes constipation/?, should I go for hpylori test? Iam  facing these symptoms from last 2years.i attached my report.

If your symptoms have deteriorated you should consult a Gastroenterologist again. You may need a repeat endoscopy.

Constipation may occur in some cases with h. pylori,but is not common. If you take proper treatment for your condition,you will eat better and constipation will not bother you.
