Stomach Problems & Remedies

Done abdominal scan today and in my report-The gallbladder shows smooth wall. A echogenic focus about 3mm possibly a calculus is noted in the gallbladder lumen. The CBD is not dilated. No calculus in the CBD. What does it mean. Is it a  problem.

Hi can u please tell me what the attached endoscopy and coloniscopy biopsy reports says. I was suffering from GERD and lower abdominal discomfort. Want to know if the issue is serious or normal. Please advise

Sharp pricking right upper abdomen pain that comes and goes. Started from yesterday , history of acid reflux gastritis and grade 1 fatty liver.

I have mild pain on lower left side of stomach from past 4 to 6 weeks its not increasing some time its goes off but mostly it's there. Pl advice

There is pain in stomach above navel from last 2 days. I haven't had a proper meal since then due to this pain. Also I took gas medicine but it doesn't look like it is a gastric issue.

Sir ,I am feeling abdomen swalling with vomit sensation .Doctor told me I have infection .He gave me Augmenting 625 mg ,with pantop dar. He told me total 14 days will be course. Tell me sir my doctor is saying correct dose or not.

I am a IBS- D patient since last 20 years and whenever the diarrhea attack takes place l take antibiotics which gives me relief. Recently l had loose motion and l took imodium which gave me relief subsequently Doctor advised me to take half lopofem equivalent to 1 mg in the evening as a precautionary measure on long term basis . further note l am neither a diabetic nor BP patient. Please advise whether l can continue with lopofem half tablet which is helping me a lot  ? I am attaching an opinion of prominent doctor of London. thanks 🙏
