I just want to understand the meaning of the following thing: Tab Mox500 MG 2-0-2 after having meals Could you pls help me to understand it.

It's been  almost four years now...since the day I got married I moved from my native place to Bangalore ...I am facing severe constipation which lasts not for 2 or 3 days but for end number of days if I don't take any laxative or avurvedic medicine like paetsafa ...I used to have very good skin but now I have pigmentation and kind of swelling under my eyes ...I feel like something is not good with my body ...please help me

Are Vizylac HP and Vizylac rich same tablets as pharmacy is suggesting rich instead of HP. Please suggest if it is ok take Vizylac rich tablets

Hi Doc I was having acidity from last 2 months along with vomiting sensation. I had clavicle fracture surgery in November and was on medication for more than 1 month. Presently my anxiety medicines are in progress. The Gastroenterologist suggested for endoscopy. Attached is the report for same. My medication has started for duodenum Ulcers. Need a second opinion.
